Return policy

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: 

We gladly accept returns and exchanges.

Contact us within 14 days of delivery. 

Ship items back within 30 days of delivery. 

We don't accept cancellations, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged, because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

We can't accept returns for:

     Custom or personalized orders;

     The colors which don't fit for your sofa or interior and so on.

Returns and exchange details

Defective item (but not used or with mechanical damages due to the fault of the buyer) can be changed to the new one or refunded (without shipping cost). Please note, we are not covering shipping costs when doing refund. Please contact us within 14 days when you receive your order.

Please note, if item is not defective and you want to return it and have a refund (in case item is not damaged and came back to us in original shape and condition), we will gladly cover 95% of its price on refund.

Please note, all incurred delivery charges will be at your responsibility.
